Privacy Policy

This document establishes the procedure for the collection, processing, storage and protection of users' personal data on the official Amaan website. The document has been developed in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data".

The operator processing personal data is the "Amaan" Patent and Copyright Center (Amaan Patenting Agency).

What Data Is Collected

Data is accepted through the website only when the user voluntarily fills out a form, and includes:

  • Contact information — name and phone number (in consultation or callback forms).
  • Brand and business information — trademark/brand name and the selected ICGS class.
  • Legal details — provided at the stage of drawing up the contract and invoice.
Payments are not accepted directly through the website. Bank card details or confidential payment information are never requested or stored on the site.

Purposes of Collection and Processing

  • Checking the possibility of registering a brand against the state register;
  • Re-establishing contact to share the check results, pricing and list of required documents;
  • Preparing applications and submitting them to the authorized government body;
  • Arranging international registration at the client's request;
  • Concluding the contract, maintaining accounting documents and issuing the certificate.

Disclosure to Third Parties

Data is provided, to the extent established by law, only to the Intellectual Property Center under the Ministry of Justice for the purpose of filing an official application, and, when international patenting is ordered, to international bodies such as WIPO.

The Amaan Center does not transfer, sell, or disclose users' personal data to third parties for commercial purposes or to advertisers.

Cookies

The website uses cookies to improve overall performance; they are used without personal data. Users may restrict or disable cookies at any time through their browser settings.

Storage Periods

  • Initial applications — inquiries for which no contract was concluded are not stored for more than 3 years.
  • Active projects — retained for the validity period of the trademark certificate (10 years) and for the reporting period established by law.

Data Deletion and User Rights

Users have the right to request clarification, modification, or complete deletion of their data from the database. To do so, simply contact +998 (55) 588-8777 — all data will be deleted, except for documents that are mandatory for state reporting.

Data Security

The website operates under the secure HTTPS protocol. Data transmission channels are encrypted, and online forms are technically protected against automated spam and unauthorized access.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

The text of this Policy may be updated in accordance with current legislation or changes in the way services are provided. The current version of the document is always freely available for review on the Amaan website.
